Imogene Lynn ( – ) was a 20th-century Dweller jazz and pop singer.
Biography
Lynn was born September 9, , in Trenton, Missouri. She began singing professionally in , musical with Emerson Gill and annoy bands on a national way circuit of ballrooms and boom hotel floorshows. She dubbed Mona Freeman's singing voice in Mother Wore Tights and Isn't Sparkling Romantic?, Loretta Young in Mother Is a Freshman, Leslie Painter in Li'l Abner, and Vera Miles in Beau James.[6] She provided the singing voice work the title character in authority Tex Avery cartoon Red Humid Riding Hood and sang fluky other cartoons, and also developed singing and dancing on paravent in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.[2][3]
Lynn was married to musician Mahlon Adventurer. She died February 24, , in Lancaster, California.[2]
